Congrats Class of 1998- St. Johns Redskins

So, I don't know the exact date...but 10 years ago at the end of May we graduated high school. I cannot believe it has been 10 years already! WOW! Back then I did not picture my life being what is and how much I have done (associates, bachleors and masters degrees) and just many other accomplishments. I was able to grow up in St. Johns, AZ and had many friends from Kindergarten, through High School, on to college, and now present. I love you all! I want to wish all of my fellow Class of 1998 St. Johns High School Redskins graduates...HAPPY 10 Years! See ya'll at the reunion (whenever it is!!)
This is my Kindergarten picture---here's where it all got started! This is our senior trip portrait! We had so many fun times together! These are really bad pictures, scanned in :) These are my cousins Amber and Sylvia Faunce

One of my last pictures with my Grandpa Hall. Don't you just love them?
This is my Granny...you'll never see her with this color of hair again!
My dad and my mom and I (yucky picture of me)

This is Adam Waite, Brooke Norris (Pulsipher), Richard Waite and myself. Yes, shy little me and my posse gave our class history.
Here's another picture of us graduating (you can see Meghan here....I can't find any pictures of us together...what were we thinking?)
Steve Bloomfield and I grew up by each other, we are one week apart, and we did a lot together, I asked him to walk with me (that's the way it happened in our high school) :)
This is Brock Heap and I....I love this picture, thought I was going to marry this kid, but oh well, it's cute anyway!

Here's a bunch of us taking a picture. We have (from top and then left to right)... Steve Bloomfield, Ryan Flygare, Carol Clark, Jose Jurado, Jodi Heap, Greg Palmer, Me, Brock Heap, Saira Jurado, Kristie Lee, Andre Mischel, and Massiel Linarte.

Here's the damage (see below post for the story)

So, after it finally got light outside, I went to see all the damage inside and outside...it's so bad. I have to wait until Tuesday to meet with the insurance (since it's a holiday)....and here's all the damage so far from that stupid rock and STUPID person who threw it in my back windshield. This is behind my seat....all these plastic things are BROKEN
This is my console...BROKEN
My stereo...BROKEN
Knobs...BROKEN

The evidence is inside this bag
There's the ROCK---part of it

See the hold? At first look, I thought someone hit it with their fist
More plastic things BROKEN
My protection....he's plain tuckered out....

What's more annoying than getting woke up.....

By your car alarm and someone ringing the doorbell at 3:00 AM? Yes, I had another crazy night, however this time something happened to my car. There's a gaping hole in the back windshield!!!!!!!!! Why do people have to be stupid and careless and just do bad things? Good thing my neighbor was brave enough to come over and give a description to the police. Bet you can't guess what they used to make the hole? A giant rock! That's right, when I opened my front passenger side door to get my papers for the police, the rock fell out of the front seat! Oh my gosh this thing is huge. So, it's still 4:30 AM and I can't go to sleep, and now I have to spend my days off trying to get this fixed. Yes, I should be grateful they didn't take anything, or hurt me, Lucky or the house, but this is horrible. I have never had anything like this happen to me. I'll post pictures as soon as it gets light enough to take some. Oh, my I called my parents to come over (I have the best parents) and they drove my car to their house to park in the garage. (In case it rains....or anyone can get in my car now).

GRRRRRRRRRRRR So much for sleeping, or sleeping in at all!

Warning--don't look if you get queazy :)

So, my surgery went well, I guess. It was only supposed to be like a 20 minute surgery, but it turned in to be over an hour. I guess the cyst was like an iceberg (according to Dr. Kirkby), the mass was underneath. Only 10% of it was sticking out that you can see, and the 90% was huge and spread everywhere (around tendons and stuff). Right now I still have sharp pains in my fingers because he had to untwin this thing around the nerves and stuff in my fingers.
I was babied by my parents for a week and they had to do so much, like help me get dressed, pull up my pants, and fix my hair (like I was a little kid all over again). I am truly grateful that I have them to take care of me. Thanks Mom and Dad!!
Anyway, I got the stitches out yesterday, and the doctor says it looks really good so far, however, if I don't have full mobility in 3 weeks I get to go do physical therapy. Anyway, the first couple of days back at work were difficult because I'm on the computer all day long, so I typed one handed, but I am to do that. Next step, bending the wrist. Anyway, thank you for all your concern on my behalf....the following pictures are kind of gross if you don't want to look I don't mind :) Me right before...nice hat huh?
This is how my hand was for several days
First time I saw my hand. I really didn't think the incision was going to be vertical, I was taken off guard...and it's yellow from the iodine :)
This is my right hand, I had a monster bruise from my IV, you can't really see it, but it was ugly!
Here are my stitches...around day 6 or so
More of my stitches, and my hand was so swollen...even worse than this!
This is today....stitches are out, and I keep these strips for another week.
My hand is still swollen, but so much better than a week ago :)

Bye-Bye Ugly Bump!

Tomorrow morning at 7:30....I'm going to get my ugly wrist fixed. I have taken on a lot of my mom's features, and this is one of them (I have many things like aches and pains that my mom has). She and I have (had) a gigantic cyst in my wrist! Yucky! (My mom had hers removed several years ago)
I have had it for about 7 years now. Last year the doctor stuck 2 needles in it and drained it, and the bump went down, I was so happy. Only to come back a couple of months later. Now it's bigger, badder, and it hurts like a you-know-what. This first picture is about how far I can bend my wrist without pain. The doctor that has worked on my dad's knee is doing my surgery tomorrow. He's a great doctor and I have total faith in him. I'm going to be put under, and it's an outpatient surgery that shouldn't last more than 30 minutes. I'm not worried about it at all, and I'm finally excited to get rid of this thing. Below is the bump....GROSS!
This is a funny looking picture....yes, it's my wrist! :)
This is my right hand, on how my left hand should look!
Anyway, all is well, and I need to go to bed to get some sleep before my fun day tomorrow. My dad and Bro. McCoid from our ward gave me a blessing tonight so I'm ready to go! I have tomorrow and Friday off work (which is the best part of all), and I'm ready to be pampered by my parents this time!!! Wish me luck! :) Oh, and I'm trying to talk my mom into playing the piano for me in Relief Society on Sunday...another good part to this.
