Hunting 2010---Hunting Pictures....Beware!

Well, this year we left on my birthday and came home on dad's birthday! We hunted in Unit 1 which mostly consisted of Big Lake, Escudilla and Green's Peak. We were successful and got our two elk! We rented a motel room every 3rd night so we could clean up, the boys of course protested that it was against hunters code, but I had to have it! Beware, don't look any further if you don't like to see dead animals! I'm glad I got to spend time with my dad and brother and glad that we didn't have to stay the whole time! It was cold, but I was glad there wasn't much snow and it was warmer than usual, now they can have all the snow they want! I'm glad that we can provide the meat for our family, we're not the hunters that take the trophy, but we provide for our families! It was fun, but I'm so glad to be home! I'm also glad we had the quad, made loading the things so much easier! Thanks Dad and Corey!

My New Nephew

So far, the only way I'm getting neices and nephews is by adopting my friend's babies! So Corey and Monika need to get on the ball, because being an Aunt is fun! This is my new "nephew" Vance. Clarissa and Bryce and their precious baby on Nov. 13th and he's adorable! I've seen him the past 3 weekends and he's changed so much and so fun! I've also adopted their daugther Kyla as my neice, she's 3 and so much fun! We play all the time and I teach her many things that I'm sure Clarissa hates me for ! I taught her to raise the roof the other day! I love kids! I need some more to spoil!

I'm Spoiled, I know it! And now I'm going to show it!

It's that time of year....birthday celebration. I've already been blessed with gifts and I'm feeling very spoiled. I always claimed I wasn't spoiled, but I really know that I am! Monika and Michael gave me Toy Story 3, Mom and Dad gave me my Rachael Ray pans I have wanted for about 3 years (YEAH!); Rusty gave me a griddle, Granny got me a Blue Ray DVD player (spoiled!), and Clarissa gave me some mixing pyrex bowls with fancy lids! I love them all! I'm totally spoiled and I love it! Thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts, and it's not even my Birthday yet! 2 more days! :)
