Update on my Goals

So, I know you all were on the edge of your seat waiting for me to reveal which goal I was working on, so here's an update.

Goal---Find a house--- I received an answer, it's not the time right now, keep being patient. What's in store for me next? No clue once again! But, in Sunday School yesterday we were talking about Martin Harris and how his wife kept wanting the pages and Joseph kept asking the Lord about it, and he said no 2 times, and finally the 3rd time he said yes, and guess what happened? The pages were lost! So, I'm not asking again! LOL :) Lesson learned, for now...I'll give it 6 months ... just kidding!

So, there you go, back to working on the other goals!

Goodbye ...Good Pal Shelby

Today has been a very hard day, one we have dreaded for a long time. Shelby (my parent's dog) has been sick for awhile (tick fever) and has gone downhill over the last year, this morning, she's not in pain anymore. My parents decided to put her to sleep, and it sure has been hard especially for my parents. She was a companion, friend, pal, protector, and a great dog. She taught Lucky everything he knows, how to shake, sit, high five, and I believe she even potty trained him. She was his mommy! We will miss you Shelby. Mom and Dad, my heart breaks for you, and I pray that you will be comforted at this time. We love Shelby, but she is finally free of pain, and probably chasing bunnies in Heaven (which she loved to do every day, but hasn't been able to in awhile). WE WILL MISS YOU AUNTY SHELBY!

I rock!

Ok, I have to brag, so sorry, but it's awesome, and I love attention! JK Ok, so every month, my manager has a MVP for the team. Each month we all nominate who we think is the MVP and write something about them and submit it to our manager. So, anyway, I won! We're a little behind, but I was MVP for November. I love my co-workers and it's so easy to work with everyone. The above pictures is what was in my gift bag: Pens, paper, 1/2 hr extended lunch, $5 for the cafe, jean day, certificate, sucker, and a ribbon. Here are some of the great things that were written about me.

***Michelle has gone above and beyond in heading up the creation of the mentor program. they have done a great job of keeping us on track with deadlines to create and proofread the job aids and other materials we created for the program. along each step of the way , as we created the formal mentoring program, they took charge and came up with great ideas to help make it the best we could. She took a lot of time to print and make copies of the job aids and materials for our initial mentor sessions, which helped all the mentors greatly they are a team played in that they spent time to make it easier for the rest of the team, and offered to assist those of us creating the materials, if they were caught up. Now that we have started meeting with our mentees in the session,s the work they put into getting things done is becoming more evident. everything is an easy-to-read format, and organized very well. They are an MVP! :)

***Michelle is such a hard worker and is very dedicated to their job. She goes out of her way to help those who need it and never makes anyone feel uncomfortable when they ask a question (including myself) this person also took responsibility for making all of the copies for our mentor folders, which consumes so much of their time that week. this person definitely deserves this nomination!

***Michelle is willing to help out in any situation. not to mention she does it with a smile!

***Michelle is an MVP because she has a great, up-beat attitude and are always willing to help. Whether it be taking on projects, or helping AE's with questions, Michelle can always be found smiling and laughing.

The Team Hoover MVP for the month of November is: MICHELLE HALL!

No more plans....

Ok, so, I'm still not going to say what I was going to do, but the plans are on hold....Sorry that you are all so curious! :) But I'll keep you all updated!
