GRRRR---Weight Loss!

Ok, it's so much easier to gain weight than lose weight.  It's so easy to put on a pound, but takes a lot to take off a pound.  I've been trying to lose weight since February and I have done ok so far, but now I'm going to have to start exercising.  I know ...what am I thinking? LOL  I've been able to lose 38 pounds just by cutting back on proportions, cut out sugar, and no soda.  But now I'm in a stalling pattern.  I hate exercising, but I need to do it.  I went and tried on some clothes today, and I have lost 4 sizes in my pants (Yeppee!) and hardly anything on top (BOOO!)  This isn't good, because I'm a rectangle type and now I'm very top heavy and it looks ridiculous!  I was the same size on top and bottom, so this feels weird to buy smaller pants but not change in my shirts.   I noticed it a lot when I tried on the new clothes.  Don't get me wrong, I loved buying a smaller pair of shorts and skirt, it felt great!  But this is killing me up top.

Guess I need to do some research on what exercises work best on top (besides just sit ups)....any suggestions?????

Jillian Michaels, Brazillian Butt Lift dvd series. At the gym: weights, weights, weights. It will not bulk you up. It will trim your arms and waist. Also get a tape measurement and use that regularly to check your progress in losing inches where you need it. Good luck and awesome work on what you have lost.

Along with the weights, try Zumba. It's fun! I think it's best to do workouts that you enjoy. :)

I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!! That is awesome Michelle!!! Like Amy said, weights, weights, weights! It will help boost your metabolism and take off the inches! I know how you feel about exercise. I'm not a huge fan either, but it has done great things for my moods! Your body believes everything you say. So tell it nice things and tell your body that it LOVES to exercise! Eventually you'll find you love it instead of hate it!

That is amazing. Dont stop now you are doing great. Just do things that you love that dont feel like exercise. Baseball, swimming, etc. Stuff that makes it easy to stick with
