I'm calling on all of you once again. I have an interview tomorrow for a supervisor position here at work. I just got the request and it states "be prepared for role playing scenarios!" WHAT THE??? I freaked out about a presentation last time, now role playing! YIKES!

You'll be great!! I actually like the role playing interviews more than other because they just want you to talk about something you've done in the past. Tip... if they ask you a situational question don't asnwer 'I would...' instead thinking of something you have done in the past and explain that situation. Good luck!!! :)
