I'm so not a happy camper right now! Lap top was working great last night....go to use it this afternoon....KEYBOARD ISN'T WORKING!!! GGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
So, I call tech support for an hour, dang guy can't speak English, they don't have any parts here in the U.S. (that should be my first sign right???)....why spend money on something that doesn't work the 2nd day I get it? Ya, I could have had it replaced, but that's scary!
If this was a shirt that didn't fit, I would take it back! Man...after the runaround and an hour later, they finally gave me labels (to print) and I have to track down a stupid UPS store (does AJ even have one????).
Anyway! Long story short! NO MORE LAPTOP! DANG DELL! I'm so furious! No more referrals for you!
SORRY!!!! I'm not buying another one...I can use that money somewhere else! I'll just be stuck with my crappy desktop that runs slower than ME!

I am disappointed about the Dell too. We ordered from there and didn't have a single problem. However some of our friends have but were never given the rig-a-more-oh that you dealt with. I REALLY hope they get things worked out for you and PRONTO! That is so frusterating!
