Ok, so I go to work this morning, and there's an email from our director. One of us (out of 60) has a chance to go to Canada for 6 months to a year to help start up a new university. I'm thinking about applying...but not sure...what would you do if you were in my shoes.... AKA single :)
Pros
1) Great Opportunity
2) See different places
3) Meet New People
4) Great thing to put on a resume
Cons
1) Be away from family (I'm very close to my family)
2) Probably can't take my puppy (we are always together)
3) Don't know anyone in Canada
4) Will be very lonely
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I say go for it! Gather all the best experiences while you can, so that someday when you look back you won't regret anything. I think too, you will learn a lot about yourself.
DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!
I'm with Kristen! Go for IT!!! You would be fabulous and what a chance of a life time. Holly, loved Canada. Plus it would be an excuse for me to take a trip out there. (I know, thinking of myself but hey! :) Anyway, I think, at least try it out. Your graduation is coming so close! Love, Cam
Michelle- We need to really do lunch. I am involved heavily with this new school in Canada.
I agree with the others I would totally go, while you have no "tie -down's".
I think you should do it. I regret not traveling more. You wouldn't be lonely for long-- you'd make friends fast!!

I am with the others too! Go for it! I am sure your family will support you, and someone will take Lucky for you too! You are so outgoing and you will make friends fast. Who knows what you will miss out on if you don't!
