Fun Weekend

This weekend I went to Round Valley with Clarissa, Bryce and Kyla for my friend Jill's wedding. We had a great time. The Beal's are like my 2nd parents and spoil me. We got up there Friday night and ate dinner and played games (just like my family does, so I fit right in). Saturday morning we woke up and went on a hike at South Fork to see some petraglyphs (spelling is totally wrong---pictures that were drawn on the rocks a long time ago).

Me hiking scary right? It wasn't too bad, and of course I gave them a great laugh trying to climb up a rock, and my shoe falls off and I slid down the rock. Good times! Anyway, here are some pictures from our hike, it was great! I stole them from Clarissa's family website :)

I totally forgot my camera, but Jill looked amazing and her wedding and reception was beautiful. She is very happy. I'm so glad that I have such great friends that take me in and make me feel at home!

Thank you Millers and Beals for a great weekend! Thank you Mom and Dad for taking care of Lucky! :) I love you all!

Are you a Twilight Geek like Me?

So, I am an official Twilight Geek, and I'm not going to deny it. I love the books, and I loved the Twilight Movie. I just finished re-reading the books for the 2nd time, and I can't wait for the New Moon movie. I'm officially hooked! I found the New Moon trailer and it already looks 10 times better than Twilight.

Happy Memorial Day...a little early

Today, Fox News came to work to film our tribute to the all the men and women who serve or who have served in the military. We could buy a flag for $5 and then wear jeans all week. It is a very nice tribute. I bought a flag because I have a brother and a brother-in-law who serve our country and fight for the freedoms that we have. I'm so proud of them. I want to thank all of those who fight for us daily and who have fought for us. My grandpas were also veterans, so I enjoy coming from a family who is Patriotic and who loves our country

I'm so grateful I am an American, and I'm proud to say I am an American. These are pictures of the flags they have out on our lawn here at work and the color guard who came. I didn't get to see the news since I'm at work, but maybe it'll be on the Internet later.

Life is......

BORING RIGHT NOW! But tomorrow I'm going with Clarissa and Bryce to see Brian Regan in concert. When I first moved to NAU in 2000 my neighbors always invited us over for Sunday dinner and we would listen to his CD, he's hilarious! Ok, Brian Regan is a comedian, he's supposed to be funny, but it was a fun memory of NAU. Now, I get to see him....it's going to be awesome, and I'll burn some calories just laughing....CAN'T WAIT!

Our day of Babysitting

I have Friday's off, so I asked if I could watch Foxie so she doesn't have to be stuck in the laundry room after my dad goes to work. I think this helped Lucky and her bond a little bit more. Lucky's finally starting to warm up a bit. We played with toys, went on a walk, went outside (a lot for potty time) and then played in Lucky's swimming pool. I think Foxie is so cute, and we really enjoyed our Friday. Enjoy the picture overload!

Also on Friday, I met up with Lisa for dinner and a movie. Lisa, it was so much fun, let's do it again sometime! Thanks for dinner! :)
